2. Purchase Agreement

1. How the Purchase is Executed
To purchase products, you must select the desired items, provide the necessary information (e.g., shipping address, payment details), and complete the checkout process by confirming your order.

By completing the checkout process, you submit an offer to purchase the selected products.

2. Formation of the Purchase Agreement
The purchase agreement is concluded at the moment the order is confirmed by the seller. Upon confirmation, We will send you an order confirmation email, which constitutes proof of the legally binding purchase agreement.

A legally valid invoice or receipt will be provided for each completed purchase.

To facilitate purchases and order tracking, you may create a user account. Providing accurate and complete information during registration is your responsibility. Your account credentials are personal and confidential.

By creating an account, you confirm that:

9. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

10. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

You have the right to return a physical product within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the Croatian Consumer Protection Act. A refund will be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide photo evidence. We will arrange an appropriate solution, including replacement or refund where applicable.

Certain products may be non-returnable (e.g., print-on-demand items, customized or personalized products, and digital products).

Orders can be canceled before shipment; once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
