HOW IT WORKS?

1. Contact me first and share your ideas
Please contact me before purchasing to ask about my availability and timeline. To provide an accurate quote, please share examples of my illustrations that resonate with you, photos you would like recreated in my style, and any quotes, ideas, or visual references you want included. I will give my best to respond within 2 days.

Based on your input, I’ll provide a personalized quote. Commission prices typically range from 250-600€, depending on complexity of the design, level of detail, and time required.

2. Secure your booking
Once availability is confirmed, purchase a €150 non-refundable booking fee to reserve your commission. This allows me to schedule your project and begin work on the initial sketch. The booking fee will be deducted from the total price of your commissioned artwork. The remaining balance is due once the design is completed and approved, prior to delivery of the final files.

3. Sketch and feedback
An initial sketch will be delivered within 3-15 days of receiving the booking fee. You will have the opportunity to request revisions and provide feedback until design is finalized.

4. Final payment
After your approve the sketch, the remaining balance must be paid before delivery.

5. Final artwork delivery
The final artwork files will be delivered within 3-7 days after the balance payment is received.

6: Enjoy your artwork
You now have exclusive rights to your commissioned piece for personal use. The final artwork is delivered in high-resolution .JPG, .PNG, and print-ready .PDF formats, and can be printed up to A2 size (420 × 594 mm / 16.5 × 23.4 in).

 

Please note:

  • Timeline may vary depending on current workload, availability, and unforeseen personal circumstances. You will always be informed of any changes.
  • The quote includes revisions within agreed concept. Major changes or a complete redesign may result in an adjusted price.
  • I reserve the right to share the commissioned artwork on my website and social media for portfolio and promotional purposes. If you prefer your commission to remain private, please let me know in advance, and we can agree on confidentiality.
What is your price range for a commissioned artwork?

Prices vary depending on the complexity, the number of people, and additional elements in the illustration. Typical range is between €250–€600. This range is in line with professional custom illustration rates and reflect the time, intuition, and personal attention that goes into creating a truly unique artwork for you.

To provide an accurate quote, I ask clients to share references such as preferred illustrations from my portfolio, a photo(s) to be recreated, and any quotes or ideas they would like included.

What is your payment structure?

Once the quote is approved and the design brief is received, the total fee is divided into two payments:

  • A 150€ booking fee is required to reserve your commission and secure your place in my schedule.
  • The remaining balance is due after you approve the sketch and before the final files are delivered.

I reserve the right to adjust the commission price if additional time or revisions are required.

What is the timeline?

Initial sketch: 3–15 business days after the first payment
Final design: 3-7 business days after the balance payment is received

Timeline may vary depending on current workload, availability, unforeseen personal circumstances, and feedback response time.

What if I cancel the project?

You may cancel the project at any stage. Please note that the initial 150€ deposit is non-refundable, as it covers time spent on research, sketching, and design development.

Are revisions included?

Yes, revisions are included until the commission is finalized, provided the overall concept remains the same. Extensive changes or complete redesigns beyond two major revisions may incur additional fees.

What files will I receive?

You will receive:

  • High-resolution JPG
  • Transparent PNG if needed
  • Print-ready vector PDF (up to A2 size: 420 × 594 mm / 16.5 × 23.4 in)

You receive exclusive rights to the design for personal use, including tattoos. I will not sell, reproduce, or use the design for products or prints.

Can I use my commissioned artwork for commercial purposes?

Yes, commercial use is possible, but it is not included by default. If you would like to use the artwork for any commercial purpose — such as book covers, apparel, merchandise, branding, or other revenue-generating projects, this must be arranged through a separate agreement. An additional licensing fee will apply and is determined based on the scope of the project, including factors such as the type of use, distribution, and expected number of sales. Please contact me in advance so we can discuss the details and find the best solution for your project.
