1. Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-6 business days after payment is received. Processing time may vary during peak periods, availability, type of product, or a shipping origin. Processing time does not include shipping.

2. Shipping Origins

Orders are shipped from different locations depending on the product type, stock availability, and shipping destination. Some items are fulfilled by print-on-demand partner PRINTFUL, while others are packed and shipped by us personally from our local studio.

OUR LOCAL STUDIO IN CROATIA
Applies to products shipped to customers based in Croatia and the EU, including in-stock items and products produced in Croatia.

PRINTFUL FULFILLMENT FACILITY (USA)
Applies primarily to art prints shipped to the USA, but may also include other print-on-demand products such as stickers, badges, calendars, notebooks, and similar items. This allows for shorter delivery times depending on your location and typically excludes taxes and custom fees, as the order is shipped from within your country..

You can check each product’s description to see whether it is a print-on-demand or an in-stock item.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to: shipping origin, destination country, customs processing, local postal services, and seasonal delays. We are not responsible for delays once the order has been handed to the carrier.

Estimated delivery time for orders shipped from Croatia:
Croatia: 2-7 business days
European Union: 5-15 business days
International (other countries): 5-25 business days.

All orders shipped from Croatia are sent via Croatian post and include a tracking number.

Estimated delivery time for orders fulfilled by PRINTFUL:
USA: 5-7 business days

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

5. Tracking

Customers receive a tracking number to follow their package until delivery, ensuring transparency and reducing support inquiries. Responsibility for delivery update and timing lies with the postal service or carrier once shipped.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, failure to collect, or customs issues, a refund will be issued only after the package has been returned, excluding original shipping costs.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 45 days from the shipping date, please contact us so we can review the situation and find an appropriate solution such as refund or replacement.

8. Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Print-on-demand products (specifically art prints) are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

All art prints are either made to order, fulfilled through third-party partners, or produced in small batches, which means we cannot restock returned items.

In-stock, non-customized products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer rights.

Note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping cost
• Items must be returned in their original condition

9. Refunds

Refunds are only offered in the following cases:

1. Lost or excessively delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within 45 days from the shipping date, you may contact us to request a refund or replacement. Unfortunately, delivery delays caused by postal services or customs are outside of our control.

2. Damaged items
If your print arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible, but not later then 14 days after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the print. Once damage is confirmed, we will issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.

3. Returned packages
If a package is returned due to incorrect address, failure to collect, or customs issues, a refund will be issued only after the package has been returned, excluding original shipping costs.

Please note:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
• Please allow 5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider
• Minor color variations, small wrinkles, or slight damages, as well as delays caused by postal services are not eligible for refunds
• Change of mind returns are accepted only for eligible in-stock products, never for print-on-demand items

10. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly assist you. To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

• You must contact us as soon as possible, but not later than 14 days of delivery
• Clear photo evidence of the damage must be provided
• Photos should show both the product and the packaging

Please contact us with your order number and photos. Requests submitted after 14 days may not be eligible for resolution.

11. Digital Products

All digital downloads and gift certificates are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once access has been granted.
