This permission grants you a non-exclusive, one-time right to reproduce any desired illustration/design published on Broken isn’t bad social media (FB and IG) as a permanent tattoo. Upon delivery of the digital file, the design may be tattooed at a tattoo studio of your choice.

This permission allows for:

  • one-time use only
  • minor modifications to the design to suit a tattoo artist’s or your needs

Tattoo permission grants you the right and one-time-only use of the chosen image for the purpose of reproducing it as body art in the form of a permanent tattoo. Permission is also granted for minor modifications of the image to accommodate the vision and requirements of your tattoo artist or yourself. However, the overall concept and integrity of the design should remain unchanged. 

Upon purchase and confirmation of payment, the digital image of your selected design, along with the official written tattoo permission, will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. If you wish to gift it to someone special, you can get a printable PDF tattoo permission ticket, where you can add the recipient’s name. In that case, the recipient may select any eligible design of their choice for tattoo use.

 

Please note:

All intellectual property rights remain the sole property by Broken isn’t bad. The image may not be used by any other party and you may only print it as a tattoo template. No additional reproduction, resale, distribution, or alternative use of the design is permitted without my written permission.

What if I’ve already tattooed one of your designs?

If you have already tattooed one of my illustrations before obtaining permission I kindly ask for your support by purchasing a Tattoo Permission afterward. This helps sustain my creative work and ensures that I can continue producing new illustrations for everyone to enjoy. Your respect and support mean the world to me, and every ticket contributes directly to the artist.

A Tattoo Permission is not only a practical solution for legally using my artwork but also a beautiful and meaningful gift that celebrates art, creativity, and personal expression.

If you choose to turn one of my artworks into a tattoo, I would truly love to see the final result. It’s always a special and humbling moment to see how a design takes on a new life on someone else’s skin.

If you feel comfortable, you’re welcome to send me a photo of your tattoo once it’s finished. With your permission, I may also share it on my social media to celebrate your tattoo and the journey of the artwork. Of course, your privacy and comfort are important. Your tattoo will only be shared publicly if you give explicit permission.
